– prepare master mix and add 19 microliter to each tube
– centrifuge for couple of seconds
– put in the thermocyler for 1 hr
– then add 2 microliter of 6x dye to 10 microliter of each sample, spin
-run an agarose gel
Results (1 pg): in this section you should include the forward and reverse sequences of CQ GENE AND DO A BLAST (use genbank)AND INCLUDE IT IN THIS SECTION.
