In developing the research plan, the research will be sample size, its composition and means of collecting data. There fore, for this research purpose two insurance companies will be selected. One is public insurance company and other one is private insurance company for this research study in Sri Lanka (Jaffna district). Customer residing in some selected divisional areas of the Jaffna district was selected for this purpose. The primary data will be got from insurances customers through e-mail, post, and telephone.
Secondary data will been collected from their annual report, articles, magazines and field officers, agents report and other related publications of Ceylinco insurance company limited and Sri Lanka insurance Ltd in Sri lanka.Further such data will be also collected from publications, definitions about customer’s satisfaction.
