Unfortunately at that time all the king size bed room in executive floor is not available, so i call down to ask my manager and she called and supervisor came up to solve the problem with me, after im explain all the situation to the supervisor, then we have the decision to remove the queen size bed out and put in the 2 super single bed and zip up made it to king size bed into the room. And before we did that sure we ask to the guest does he mind to allow us to doing to for him or not and the guest is very happy us to do that and he said as long as the bed is king size and is higher so he can easy to get up that will be find for him. After we do that the guest is very happy and appreciates to us.
