• issues of equality in international business,
• organizational implications and individual experiences of culture shock in expatriation
• the implications of cultural diversity including indigenous cultures on international businesses.

On successful completion of this subject, students will have an understanding and appreciation of the current theories and concepts of culture and how these may impact international management practice.
