Observation should include description of the target behavior observed, graph of the raw data, and written summary of the observation. Each observation will be graded as follows: ?{ 1 point for a description of the target behavior that is defined in measurable, operational terms ?{ 2 points for a graphic depiction of the data that matches the description of the observation ?{ 2 points for a written description describing at least a 10 minute period with sufficient detail regarding setting, antecedents, behaviors, and consequences observed.
