PART ONE I expect the report to have an Introduction about the entrepreneur and the business, where the interview was conducted, why you chose this person to interview. You should include a profile of the business here. A profile tells me the type of business, size (number of offices or employees or sales or other measure of size), age, type of ownership, and other facts.
PART TWO The body should report on the questions you asked and the responses. You may use a Q & A format if you wish. Or you may use a narrative format. Organize the information in a logical way. PART THREE You must have a conclusion. Tell me the most important things you learned about entrepreneurship from doing this interview. PART FOUR Evaluate your interview. How did it go? Was the respondent cooperative? open? helpful? Did you conduct the interview well? in a professional manner? Were you nervous? and so forth.
