Describe the characteristics that make them a great leader in their industry, examples of situations where their leadership style was vital for success, etc. You will also need to clearly state what type of leader they are, using examples from the theories you made reference to in Task 1.
? Task 5. Using the 3 motivational theories that you described in Task 2, link these to how they can be used effectively for assessing employee performance and rewards
