• What is happening in the customer care team? What advice/strategies would you give to this team in dealing with their current problems?
• What is happening in the team where the two manufacturing team members went to work with the development team? How can the success/failure of this team be explained?
• What is happening in the team where the two development team members went to work with the manufacturing team? How can the success/failure of this team be explained?
• Which strategies would you recommend in order to increase the success of the manufacturing and development teams in the future?
Marking Criteria:
• Breadth and accuracy of your analysis. Breadth means using a wide range of theories, concepts and empirical findings introduced in this module. Accuracy means using the right theories, concepts and empirical findings to describe objectively what is happening in this situation.
• Breadth and depth of your interpretation. Breadth is demonstrating that you are familiar with a wide range of theories, concepts and empirical findings covered in this module. Depth means applying theories, concepts and empirical findings appropriately to explain your analysis of the case.
• Provide a clear structure which is based around the five issues about.
• 2500 words (+/- 10%).
• 1.5 line spacing and font size 12.
• Use of a coherent and consistent reference system, preferably the
APA/Harvard system. Make sure you include all the references you cite
throughout the report in a reference list at the end.
• If necessary, appendices can be included but must be referred to in the main
body of text (appendices do not count towards the word limit).
