These paper is for my leadership class, it is the final paper for the semester.
The personal leadership bluebprint is focused on the student’s understanding of the study material and it’s application to effective leadership on the interpersonal level. The goal of the paper is that the student will be able to clarify his/her current strengths and weaknesses and apply the study concepts to recognize and develop skills. The paper will present individual personal leadership game plan aiming to be more effective in the workplace. The student integrate the Leadership skills portion of book (pages 432-542)into their Personal Leadership Blueprint.

Some of my personal skills I need to improve is improving public speaking by joining the toastmasters club. My other improvements is to calm nervousness infront of a crowd. I trying to improve my public speaking by working with a acting coach reading out scripts aloud.
