This paper is to be turned in as a final draft. I will attach the rough draft which I wrote previously. The draft has the corrections to be made from instructor, which need completed. Also, please be aware that the final draft has much different scoring criteria from the rough draft, I will attach the guidelines. The grade received is directly reflected from whether or not you meet all guidelines, so this including and meeting all is imperative.
This is the comment I got from the rough draft, which will also need addressed: "You clearly state that healthcare is a privilege – but your rebuttal is unclear in stating why others think healthcare should be a right — you state in active voice why healthcare should be a right — try to make this more clear."
