Organizational Analysis Paper: In this individual assignment, you will analyze American retailors reactions and responses to Bangladesh Factory Fire by researching newspaper articles, journal articles, You Tube, and/or other documents relevant to your case organization.
You will write a brief summary (1page) of the primary issues of your case study. The remainder of your analysis should focus on a thoughtful and thorough response to the questions that are provided on the last. You are limited to 6 pages, not counting your title or reference page, double-spaced, 12-pt. font, and one-inch margins. Your objectives in this paper are to provide a thorough OT/B analysis of your chosen organization, incorporating responses to questions pertaining to two frames presented in the Bolman and Deal textbook, which are structural frame, human resources frame, political frame, symbolic frame. As with any writing assignment in this class, you should format your paper using APA format, cite your sources within the text, and include a reference/bibliography page. You do not need to write an abstract as APA specifies. Include a title page and a reference page.

Organizational Analysis-Questions to be Answered Within the Paper
In this assignment, you will analyze one of the cases presented in the syllabus through the lens of the two frames you feel are the most relevant to your case. You will then answer the questions below that correspond to the frames you�ve selected. You must answer questions 1 and 5 in your paper as they correspond to the frames you�ve selected.
1. What are the key issues in your case organization and what primary organization theory/behavior factors contributed to the problems facing your org? (This would serve as your Overview Section and should be no more than two or three paragraphs�1 page).
2. How does the Human Resources Frame apply to this case? What theories in the HR frame and in other scholarly articles apply, and why are they applicable?
3. Describe the Culture (symbolic frame/org as theater) of your organization by discussing the underlying values and assumptions and culture transmitters. What are the values, rituals, slogans, symbols, and stories of this organization (i.e., what are the leaders saying about the issue and what is the meaning of their responses/reactions)? How is dramaturgy being enacted in your case?
4. What aspects of the structural or political frame are relevant to your case organization? Describe in great detail how structure or politics influenced or had an impact on your case.
5. Conclude your paper with a section on recommendations for your two frames as they pertain to the organization. What would you recommend this organization do to reframe, and on what OT/B basis do you make these recommendations (i.e., what research findings back each of your recommendations)?
