At the end of each assigned chapter in the text (in the section titled Organizational Theory in Action), you will find a section titled “Analyzing the Organization: Design Module”. • Any type of organization will work (e.g., firm, private company, nonprofit, govt agency)
• If possible, try to choose a mid-sized or large organization (organizations with fewer than 100 employees typically don’t have enough structures in place to analyze for this project)
• When choosing an organization, look ahead at the questions assigned in each Design Module throughout the semester.
