b. Your name
c. Course name and index #
d. Semester and year.
Remember to keep within the instructions so as no to lose points. Start by stating the purpose of the study or article you are reviewing; then give the variables or the parameters that are investigated; this should be followed by the findings or results of the study and finally give the author’s comments or conclusions as well as your own opinion about the study.
