There are 3 scenarios, you must choose only TWO OUT OF THREE.
Depending on which 2 scenario’s you choose.
For scenario 1, the law that must be used is equality act 2010, for example, s.6 and s.20. relevant case law must be used to support the argument.
For scenario 2, I will send useful information and case also.
For scenario 3, the problem is indirect race discrimination, and equality act must be used.
Also, when the writer is doing scenario 3, he needs to see if the company can justify their actions.
