Teams are required to conduct a minimum of three semi-structured personal interviews to discuss management issues that have arisen based on cultural encounters at work. This data must be collected under research conditions.
we need to ensure the below:
All the team members need to analyse the data collected from interviews/focus groups and identify the key issues. These issues may revolve around a specific incident or a set of patterns of behaviour, which must consolidated in the case study.
Teams then must use theories introduced in class to explain the issues; for example, if communication difficulties are identified use the concept of high and low context. Include figures, tables or analysis, as appropriate.
So my part is to use the theories include in class to analyze the findings and explain why the issue might be important to them, dont forget please to include figures, facts, tables or analysis (literature review) as a supporting document to the class theory and concepts.
FINDINGS
Explain the situation and the cultural challenges that were encountered in the form of a story or a collection of issues. Use theory to explain and illuminate your findings.
Therefore, no introduction required! straight away start with the findings only! just analyze the data gathered (3 interviewers) Philipine nationalities working in an learning institute in UAE. which were done in a transcript format and USE class theories and concepts which were introduced in class to analyze the findings.

3 word documents : which is the interview done with the laddies, each was done seperately, so you may go over them and try to extract the main cross cultural experiences, especially in the workplace. so we have to extract the main issues that the interviewees mention and use relevant theory from class to explain why the issue might be important to them.

PLEASE note that the interview were done with 3 (philpine) Laddies working in a university. were not allowed to mention there names and where do they work, so you might say learning institute or whatever you see is right.. So the comparison or the interview is based on cross cultural issues done by 3 philipine laddies working in a learning institute in the UAE. so the corss cultural is between UAE & philipine.
We need to ensure the following please:

Correct use of Harvard system of referencing.
Close integration of supporting evidence into each section with adequate usage of references in-text and on the refernece list.
Demonstrates an understanding of how to apply concepts or theories to the issues highlighted..Excellent breadth and depth of analyses with correct usage of organizational analyses and concepts..
Demonstrate very good ability for critical evaluation
Shows originality and insight and topic is clearly and concisely and logically argued and analysed throughout..
