You are required to complete at least 2 aptitude tests: 1 Verbal Reasoning and 1 Numerical Reasoning. The link to these online tests will be available on BBlearn and you can also access them by going directly to the PACE system. You are not restricted to doing one of each test and you are encouraged to try several different tests to aid your reflection.
Please note that you will not be assessed according to your scoring in these tests but your reflective accounts following completion of these 2 tests.
Reflective Accounts
When writing your reflective accounts considering the following:
– What were your perceptions before you took the tests? Did they match with the experience?
– How did you feel during the tests? Comfortable, under pressure etc.
– Comment on your performance and consider why you performed in the way you did.
– Many graduate employers in accounting and other business related disciplines use online testing, how will you prepare for final year recruitment?
Following the completion of your online tests you can access a report that will have recommendations based on your performance. Use this as a tool to reflect on your performance.
Assessment criteria are:
� Completeness: Reflection on 3 out of 5 workshops, with a reasonable amount of detail appropriate to each section. 30%
� Clarity and Appearance: Journal is easy to read the content expressed and laid out logically and carefully. 20%
� Analysis and Insight: Evidence of analytical skills when describing what was learnt and actions going to be taken. Demonstration of both a theoretical and practical understanding of the featured skills. 50%
