Technical/Style Instructions:
The paper will automatically lose 10 points for being outside the page/style limitations; untyped; unstapled; single spaced; missing a name; or put in a folder. To be accepted without penalty, papers must be typed in 12-14 point font, one-&-a-half or double-spaced & all pages must be numbered & securely stapled together (no folders). APSA citation & bibliographic style are required, but the bibliography is not included in the 10 page limit. The paper must cite all quotations, facts & opinions taken from other sources (including the Internet) & must list all sources consulted for the paper in the bibliography. The final paper’s bibliography does not need to be annotated, but at least 12 sources must be referenced.
