Produce
(i) An Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for the situation as outlined. Use as format/notation shown in the notes. This is a Logical View!
(ii) Describe the resulting (physical) tables and all their attributes (Columns) in a Data Structure Diagram (DSD refer to page 13). This is Physical View. Indicate your choices of data type in each column. (ie Your choices are text, number, date). Clearly indicate clearly the key of each table
(iii) Produce all the tables indicated in (ii) above and populate each sample data. As well as using all the data values that are displayed in Case 4, Make up some more and include them as well.
