The main purpose of this essay is to propose the following hypotheses:
1. Procedural Justice moderate the relationship between Poractive Personality and LMX.
2. Procedural Justice moderate the relationship between Poractive Personality and Value Congruence.
3. Procedural Justice moderate the relationship between Poractive Personality and In-role behavior.
