Individual Portion:
Each group member will prepare a Word document of 4 pages with references that details the interaction that the patient may have with each level of care (primary, secondary, and tertiary). For each level, be sure to discuss the following components, at a minimum:

? Medical professionals encountered on the level
? Special issues or challenges involved at this level of care from the following perspectives:
o A patient perspective
o A provider perspective
o An administrator?s perspective
o A third-party payer?s perspective
? Procedure to refer the patient to the next level of care.
