Traditional fast food chains are losing
consumers as customers are
switching from unhealthy fast foods to
eateries selling healthier food choices.
This is due to an increasing awareness of
eating healthy food, so there is a need for firms
to respond to this trend by offering healthier
food choices on their menus to avoid losing
customers to other eateries.
Basically i need to find a total of 8 sources and all 8 sources have to have the same claims like the example given above. The authors and website from the sources have to be credible, and each article must have a minimum of at least 10 pages. from all the articles synthesize and find out the trends observed.
After the trend is observed, I would need you to help me choose a company. It would be better if the base was in Singapore. Does not need to be a Singapore company, just need to have a company here. Write a short paragraph on how the observed trend can help increase revenue of the company. The company has to be related to weight management. All articles chosen have to be related to weight management. It could be a fast food restaurant for example after finding out the trend is people love fruits and vegetables so our suggestion is to come out with a burger which contains fruits and vegetables. Something along these line. But try to be more creative with the solution. The position statement can be something like
“Increasing numbers of health-conscious
customers prefer eating at new restaurants to fast food eateries because of the latter’s unhealthy food
products. Burger King should capitalize on this trend and reinvent its menus, and make nutrition
information readily available for the consumers”.
