2) Any/all END testing procedures used in the diagnosis of the disorder.
3) For END procedures used in diagnosis, include brief summary of test
results (That is, how does the END test assess the function and what would the END test(s) show).
4) Other test procedures that would aid in diagnosis (C-T scan, MRI, blood
work, lumbar puncture, genetic testing etc.)
