Now let us talk about a few pointers of issues about teenagers. As a teenager one tends to go through all types of metamorphosis. They have to complete and deal with their peers who are going through their own metamorphosis. Peer pressure can be detrimental to a teenager. You can and will encounter sexual harassment, drugs as well as alcohol usage. Now imagine what these teenagers must be feeling. They are unsure of themselves, not knowing what life has in store for them. facing peer pressure to be accepted into the “A” status, while acting out adult issues, and afraid to do the right thing. They end up doing the wrong thing, and we all pay the price as a society. Trying to be a successful teenager is hard. The change of life decisions starts to come into play. Something else you may not be aware of is: the generation before the teenagers” that (us) the adults are majority parents to these teenagers. We tend to play a hand in how the next generation will be. So lets remember, teenagers are complexes and not definable. Remember the metamorphosis stage . In this stage you encounter so many adult issues. The sex, and sexual harassment as well as the drug and alcohol use. A life changing and terrifying stage. Be aware of these issues whether you’re a (are) mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather, for these teenagers are the generation right around the corner and the future is in their hands.
