c) Knowing that Quality is only one of the important five performance criteria (i.e. quality, speed, dependability, flexibility and cost) Explain how the company could improve its performance by improving its quality processes?
d) Identify and explain the challenges facing the company in achieving higher level of excellence. Suggest how the company could overcome those challenges?
Option 2 – (Write a research paper on a selected topic relevant to Business Excellence):
Select one of the following topics as a topic for your research paper. Students can also choose another topic not mentioned in the list below. In this case the student must obtain an agreement from the subject coordinator regarding the suit the suitability of the topic and the amount of work required.
1. Role of knowledge management in business excellence?
2. Role of learning organisation concept in improving business level of excellence.
3. How improvement in business excellence could assist the company becoming innovative?
4. How improvement in business excellence could impact of the firm?s sustainability?
