Your paper should explain in depth the impact these legal and/or legislative decisions have had on the HR system. You should turn in a 6-7 page paper (4-5 pages covering your research and 2 pages covering your interview). You should use a minimum of two references in support of your writing. Your work should be in APA format with a title page and references page.
