After I am through with this course I will do things very differently; Instead of moving out of the small house, I will either renovate the house itself, or build a new and bigger house on our yard. In that case I would have saved a lot of money from transportation, from Homestead tax, and a real-estate fee to buy the new house. So If I would do it all over again, the outcome would be quite opposite from the first change. The process would have been smooth and the budget preserved would have been to the usage of those who were impacted.
