He does everything to explain the jury about his situation but he is told to pay $800 monthly, which he cant afford. He is all conflicted since she is dating a guy that takes all of her free time and she doesn’t take care of the kids. The older sister of the kids takes care for them.
When the court resumes again 2 weeks after, she is also unemployed now. And non of them can sustain their kids. She is not paying attention to them and he makes his daughter to confess that. Therefore the court need to find a better place for the kids.
He proposes to leave the kids to his own sister, that can afford to maintain them while he will fight to prove that he can one day get their responsibility back.
