Using programming strategies and terminology discussed in class and the text, analyze the Monday ? Friday programming of your assigned television station. 3. Detail the current programming line-up of your station (during the designated time frame). Analyze and critique the current line-up. Assess its effectiveness in terms of program selection and scheduling. Include your opinion, but back it up with facts and data. Compare your station?s programming to that of the other broadcast networks in the market. Detail which program strategies are currently being utilized by your station.
4. Propose a new programming line-up for Fall 2012 (beginning in September). Defend your choices, whether you?re swapping out programs, or keeping the current program.
5. Conclude your paper with a brief defense of the choices you made and a discussion of how it will improve the station?s overall programming.
