This research paper should be Looking through the theoretical lenses of quality and validity…this research paper will establish a conceptual framework that suggests program accreditation is an integral part in the promotion of demonstrating mastery of predefined skills among students in community college educational settings. To date, no comprehensive theoretical models of accreditation or certification exams have been created. This conceptual framework contains two focus areas. The first focus centers around how standards that guide programmatic accreditation affect the quality of student learning outcomes, specifically on external certification exams. The next focus area outlines certification exams validity and how this is used in assessing the knowledge, skills and abilities of graduates in educational programs. A definition of quality and a definition of validity should be given and analyzed how quality relates to program accreditation and validity relates to certification exams. This paper should be original as I must submit a plagiarism report, be in strict APA 6th edition format and use online peer-reviewed journal articles, dissertations etc…(at least 9 of the 13).
