Each of the three issues should represent a different functional area of Business Ethics, i.e., Duties owed consumers (information disclosure, product defects); Duties owed Employees; Duties arising in Finance or Accounting practices; Ethical practices in globalized business; building an ethical organization.
Make sure that each issue falls under a different functional area of Business Ethics, i.e.,
Ethical Issues in Marketing; Ethical Duties Owed Employees; Ethical Issues in Finance and Accounting; Ethical Issues in Globalized Business; Building an Ethical Organization
Also, make sure that when you state an issue, you indicate which facts in the scenario raise this issue, i.e., do not say “Product Defects”, but rather, “defective protective clothing, which might have been made effective with the use of a standard flak jacket.”
