Work Based Study:

It may, however, be an aspect that relates to the day to day routines of your centre. An example of this might be the way daily snacks are organised or how you communicate with families. Once you have identified the aspect that you would like to develop, and consulted with your supervisor and colleagues, your day?s embedded practicum will be spent implementing this change to practice.

After you have completed your practice development write a rationale and evaluation of the changes you have made explaining why you believe your development will benefit your centre, children, or families and whether or not you feel it has been effective so far.
