responds to opportunities and threats. You will need to each evaluate strategic option to produce a specific
strategic recommendation.
? Develop and keep a set of working papers that illustrate your research process and the steps undertaken in the
strategy formulation process. The working papers will form the basis of a group report to be submitted to the
lecturer in week 10. Your group report should reflect the content of your presentation and be based on your working
papers.
