1.) Content and length of final paper The final paper should be (12) twelve pages in length, double spaced, in 12 size font. Ten (10) pages should be dedicated to process improvement et al and the accounting information system, and two (2) pages to integrity and ethics. The paper should address the following areas:

c. Additionally, your recommendations should also include (if applicable) the implementation of the balanced scorecard and/or service value-chain management tools to sustain improvements and improve the overall performance of the accounting information system in the long run and overall customer satisfaction levels.
d. The last two pages of the final paper should:
1) Describe an instance where you were confronted with a �defining moment� and what decision(s) you made (right or wrong) and what you learned about yourself and especially your values and beliefs.
2) End the paper by summarizing how you want to be remembered when you leave this earth.
