Once the patients are taken care of the next factor that is important is how we get paid that is why electronic networking comes in second, insurance billing and claims processing is critical for the hospital to get paid with that not working we are basically giving a very expensive services for "free". Third, strategic decision support which assist the senior management team which effects the fourth factor which is the operational management systems.
