In this assignment, you will write a 2500 word essay (not counting references) based upon the title that you have been given. You will answer the opening question, combining learning from the 60058 lecture programme with supporting secondary research. You will also integrate observations from participating in the 60058 assignment 1 simulation and make meaningful conclusions and recommendations. It will be a challenge to do this in 2500 words. Ultimately, you should be able to conclude something meaningful about the role of commercial management in the management of projects. Remember also – its an essay, not a report. All portfolio documents will be submitted through Turnitin, to check originality. If an essay is found to have more than 25% of its material from outside sources, or if there is any evidence of collusion, this assignment will be considered failed.
