investigate this case study, focus your attention on transfer-of-training and post-training support. Then, develop strategies for HR to promote organizational
change.

• Analyze post-training strategies for improving transfer of training.
◦ Identify at least two transfer-of-training problems that the nurses in this case study faced when they tried to apply information from the training into their daily
work routines.

their learning to daily work routines.
