First, the discussion of integrating measures into one organizational system will combine ideas from ?Chapter 7: The Integration of Measurement? from Transforming Performance Measurement as well as ?Chapter 3: A Family of Measures? and ?Chapter 4: Performance Measurement Hierarchies? from The Basics of Performance Measurement. Be sure to read all 3 of these chapters.
Then, you will be assigned a specific portion of the above material, and you will be responsible for finding an interesting and clear way of communicating this information to your colleagues.

This assignment is worth up to 30 points and will be graded on:
a.How well you communicate the main concept (remember, simple and clear) (20 points)
b.How interesting your presentation is?if you can keep your colleagues? attention and interest them in your presentation, they will more easily understand and remember the content (10 points)

In finding a way to present your material to your classmates, I urge you to be creative. Here are some ideas for ways that you can do this (but feel free to do something else if you would like to):

b.create a Power Point and a Word document script to go with it
c.create a Power Point with narration (some versions of Power Point have this capability (under the Insert tab, click on Audio)); if you have access to Adobe Presenter, which is a Power Point plug-in, this is even better.
