Interviews will begin with an orally delivered demographic survey (Appendix B). Results of the demographic survey will be used to develop a picture of each participant. Interviews will follow and follow a semi-structured Interview Protocol (Appendix C) with open-ended questions. This process will be implemented ensure all interviews are focused and consistent.
