File Code and using the The HEX Editor Data Inspector is a report area at the top of HEX Editor.
It contains detailed information about data bits that you have selected in the data viewing

o In the Recovery Explorer tree, select a drive. Select Tools in the Command Bar and click HEX
Editor.
To edit data in HEX Editor:
1. Open a file or sector in HEX Editor (see instructions above).
2. From the HEX Editor Options menu, click Allow Edit Content.
3. Make changes to the data.
4. Click Save to apply the changes or Revert All to cancel all changes.
