Discuss the need for cultural and linguistic competence to improve health care delivery to your targeted population.
Address the affects of cultural incompetence on health care disparities and health care service delivery for your targeted population.
Aid in the assessment of the cultural competency of your chosen health care setting.
Outline strategies for cultural competence improvement in the assessed areas.
