For this assignment, I would like you to identify three articles that describes a study conducted in your area of emphasis that focused on technology as part of the solution. The studies should feature research on an effective practice teachers should be using to address instructional, behavioral, social/emotional, attention, or similar needs in the educational setting in which you work or plan to work (e.g., elementary, middle, secondary, special, general).
For example, as a high school special education teacher, I might identify the following article:
Anderson-Inman, L., Knox-Quinn, C. & Horney, M. A. (1996). Computer-based study
strategies for students with learning disabilities: individual differences associated with adoption level. Journal of Learning Disabilities, 29, 461-484.
Next, read each article to gain an understanding of the study. Make certain the study is focused on the content you teach or wish to teach, includes students at the age level you are interested in, and components similar to your interest. The evidence-based practice and study DOES NOT have to include students with disabilities. The purpose of this exercise is that you gain an understanding of what works in your area of expertise, specific to technology-based solutions.

• APA aligned reference of the study selected and read.
• At least a two-page summary of the article including information about the study (APA style double spaced):
• Research question;
• Number of participants included in the study and their general demographics (e.g., grade, age);
• Description of the intervention;
• Summary of the results; and
• General discussion of what this study means to your area of content instruction (e.g., physical education, music therapy).
