By now you would have realized that how important negotiation skills are for anybody particularly when you consider that these skills can essentially be used in every situation where you have to work your way through bargaining your share of the pie.
Using your theoretical knowledge of Negotiation skills and applied research, you are required to analyze at least the following:
1. Overview of Negotiation Skills, i.e. define negotiation and its place in modern business environment
2. Describe the relationship between culture and negotiation. Include reference to cross-cultural communication
3. Types of Negotiation, its applications ? including their advantages and disadvantages.
4. Through academic research, you need to analyse at least two (2) actual cases of real negotiations that have occurred in Australian in recent years.
5. Analyze the type of negotiation that took place in both cases; what was the outcome and more importantly could the outcome have been better if the pie was expanded?
Note: You may only include verifiable/published cases from the field of business and politics.
