Finally, what are the impacts and risks of juvenile reoffending.

The ultimate aim is to reduce the juvenile reoffending rates, therefore we need to go back to the roots of the problems – what caused these offences?
When juveniles has committed crimes, what are their consequences? Would they be sent to correctional centers or just cautioned by the police? And what would be the outcome or influence different among different choices of “sentencing”. The current assessment scheme would be explained here. Youth conduct orders would be mentioned and studied together with the scheme. To sum up this paragraph by saying whether the current approach is too soft or effective enough.

I haven’t had a much thought on the conclusion yet, but I think I would comment on whether the current assessment scheme was effective; as well as what other recommendations can be tried in order to reduce the reoffending rates, especially target on juvenile.
