Your paper is generally well written, although I have taken the liberty of refining some language to the current fashion (such as mental health problems, instead of mental disorder). Also avoid assuming nurses are one gender or the other. I have made suggestions in the text about that too.
The paper has a good deal of issues dealt with , but you never really discuss the research that you are referring to in a critical way. By this I mean you need, at least briefly, to describe the main studies you use and what their strengths and weaknesses are. Obviously, just a few lines for each, as you haven’t words to spare, but this shows how applicable the results might or might not be.
The conclusion is a bit short, maybe you could briefly compare some one or two of the theories of therapeutic relationships (Rogers, Peplau, Freud, Skinner or Egan) and say how relevant or not these may be?
