In this module you will address possible pitfalls of the proposed plan. There is?no such thing as?the perfect plan. You will need to examine the problem you’ve identified and the proposed solution.?The healthcare administrator must take into account?what are the possible issues with implementation; are there any?laws or regulations being broken; and how will it impact the patients and staff. If the administrator rushses to implementation without considering the pitfalls, it could very?well be a complete failure. ?
??You should use the?knowledge acquired in the previous courses you took in the BSHS program and link it to an area of professional interest for you. You are encouraged to look at the requirements of all modules and make sure you will be able to fully address the topic you choose for this capstone. The capstone will allow the opportunity to explore the issue in detail.
