I have a group project about a property (Silver Spring Plaza, 8757 Georgia Ave., was purchased by WPC) in 1998 and fully renovated. This 250,000 SF office building serves as a mulch-tenant location in desirable Silver Spring, MD. In 2009, the property earned the Energy Star label and more recently awarded certification from LEED for Existing Buildings.
