1. Students will undergo the following assessments as part of an Inter-cultural, motivation and learning exercise in the 1st intensive.
a. Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Intercultural Assessment.
b. Academic motivation and learning assessment.
2. Students are to write a reflective report on was helpful / unhelpful and what were the main differences/ similarities between yourself and the rest of the group and why do you think this was the case. (Maximum 2 x A4 pages, double spaced, 12-point font). Providing relevant examples, reflect on some the following issues:
a. The effect of national culture on the similarities/ differences
b. The effect of other personal attributes e.g. age, gender, work experience, previous educational background etc. on the similarities/ differences.
