Primary Data- Will be formulated through the:-
(1) Context of Rao’s TQM construct and Senge’s LO
(2) Weighting theory (type of data, dimensional scaling), represent relative relation of TQM construct to all 5 LO disiplines
Data Collection-
(1)Data will be collected from academic scholar, buss. mngt’ consultant and existing employee working in the company
(2) Survey will be carried out by telephone calls
Data Sampling- Random sampling method will be used to select the sample size of 40 to participate in the answer survey
Data Analysis- The data obtained will be analysed through SPSS for correlation analysis and correspondance analysis
