I’m the case competition manager for the Ted Rogers Management Conference (www.ryersontrmc.ca) and am looking for a brand new case to be made specifically for this conference.
I want a case study that is relevant to Canadians. This conference will have over 200 delegates from different Canadian universities and international universities as well. A previous case study used was on the Toronto transit system. Please give suggestions on topics that you are willing to write on. My committee have suggested on ideas such as telecommunications and healthcare.
The delegates will be competing in groups against each other to come up with a great solution to the case study problem. We would like to have multiple stakeholders in the case study if possible, therefore to give each team a different role.
Page number for the case study is flexible. Would like samples of your work if possible.
