The diversity of the Global Ed student body will add an interesting dynamic to process for evaluating the need for a behavior service division at the school, implementing a division if one is found to be needed, and designing an appropriate program evaluation process.

2. Discuss how one or more of the cultural characteristics discussed in our journal article may affect the step in the process you chose.
